EXPEDITION UNKNOWN (SEASON 8 –9-  DISCOVERY/ PING PONG PRODUCTIONS)

As a field producer, I helped plan, organize, and manage shoots in international and domestic locations, including England, Scotland, Cote d’Ivoire, Texas and San Diego. I would spend 6 weeks in pre-production planning, then travel to the production location to manage/ produce shoots.

Production Management Highlights

• Managed and oversaw the overall budget for each episode. Additionally, I was responsible for submitting weekly budget reports to executive producers, and tracking spending.

• Developed and managed the film schedule for each assigned episode. This included writing call sheets, coordinating with talent and experts on availability, and ensuring each episode stayed on schedule during filming.

• Responsible for hiring vendors, negotiating payments, and settling invoices.

• Coordinated logistics including hotel accommodations and travel among film crew and talent.

• Responsible for obtaining film permits, authorizations, and all releases for locations and on-camera talent.

• Wrote daily production reports.
